These comprehensive statistics provide a detailed overview of the lab's performance from both medical and financial perspectives. The data includes the number of clients, invoices, completed and pending tests, income, expenses, purchases, and profits. Additionally, the statistics highlight the most profitable tests, clients, and animals for the lab and clinic services.

Invoices

Create a new invoice for the customer with all their details, including file number, name, phone number, and region. Specify the number of animals and enter data for each animal, such as name, species, and type. Select the required tests for each animal, with the ability to adjust test prices and add a discount. Record payments and the payment method used. Print the payment receipt, sample barcode, and work sheet.

Medical reports

Test results can be entered either manually or automatically by sending the results from medical devices using barcode recognition. The results are reviewed and confirmed, with the ability to add comments on the results and include recommended medications from the treating physician. These can then be printed and sent to clients via WhatsApp.

Vet laboratory

The system includes various veterinary tests such as blood tests, chemistry tests, blood and intestinal parasite tests, brucellosis tests, brucellosis ELISA, and urine tests. It also provides the ability to modify medical units, reference values for each animal, test names in Arabic, and add other tests.

Vet clinic

The system helps the veterinary clinic provide numerous services to its clients, including diagnosis and treatment, ultrasound examinations, fracture casting, surgical operations, handling difficult births and cesarean sections, treating infertility in production animals, field visits, herd preparation programs, and administering seasonal vaccinations. This ensures a well-organized and comprehensive record for the lab management to monitor all client services from both organizational and financial perspectives.

Financial management

Comprehensive management of lab accounts covering all financial aspects of the lab, including revenues, purchases, expenses, and profits. The system also provides a mechanism for tracking client invoices through a detailed report that includes the details of outstanding invoices for each client and payment details. It offers the ability to settle all outstanding invoices in a single step, saving time and effort compared to paying each invoice individually.

Inventory system

Laboratory inventory management includes recording the data of suppliers dealing with the laboratory, in addition to details of the types of products in stock and the current quantities of each product. The system includes determining the quantities that require an alert to reorder from suppliers. Purchase orders are also managed and purchase payments for suppliers are added.
The possibility of modifying inventory by reducing the quantities of some products and specifying reasons such as breakage or expiration. The system also includes managing product transfers between branches, and determining consumption quantities for each test, which allows an accurate calculation of the quantities consumed for each product. Through this, the expected quantities of each product are accurately determined within the store through the store’s inventory reports.

Medical devices interface

The application helps provide an automatic link between medical devices and the system, which facilitates the process of entering sample results using the barcode number that is printed from the system, as the medical devices send the sample results directly to the application, which in turn sends these results to the system and saves them automatically without the intervention of any employee. Within the laboratory, which helps save time and effort, and reduces possible human errors in entering results.
